Diners Caterers Sdn Bhd was incorporated on 15th May 1991. Prior to its incorporation, the business was operated under the name of Diners Caterers, a partnership which was owned by one of the major shareholders in Diners Caterers Sdn Bhd.

The partnership was registered in 1987 for the sole purpose of taking over the business operations of Diners Express Sdn Bhd which was established in 1980.

In order to enhance the efficiency and productivity of the business, a management restructuring exercise was carried out in 1991 which resulted in the incorporation of the present Company to take over the entire business operations of the partnership.

Since then, the Company has grown tremendously and rapidly under the supervision and guidance of the new management team. The new management team has undertaken several multifarious activities and is successful in creating a household name in the region.

The Company is constantly exploring new opportunities to strengthen its existing base. Besides seeking to enhance market dominance in its core business, it is also actively looking into new areas for diversification, particularly property investment. While in the past it has relied largely on organic growth, it will increasingly resort to acquisitions and joint ventures to accelerate the pace of growth.

Expansion into international market will be given greater impacts. With its strength and resources it can now command, the Company’s future henceforth, will be determined by the clarity of its vision and the integrity of its purpose. We believe we have what it takes to succeed.
